Manager Atlas

The management development program for software managers.

Manager Atlas is a 10-week cohort-based program for software managers at an inflection point, whether that is their first management role, a larger team, a broader scope, or the challenge of leading through rapid change. It combines live instruction, peer learning, and real coaching to develop the human skills, AI leadership fluency, and operating judgment that effective software managers rely on every day.

Managers who complete Manager Atlas leave with more than knowledge. They leave with a clear leadership identity, a set of operating tools they can use immediately, and six months of continued coaching support to make the learning stick.

Not what a good manager looks like in theory. How you operate day-to-day with your actual team.
